Hey visitor, you may be wondering why cutting wood is so important? You see, in the period of October-November, we had to prepare the land for the winter, but also prepare the villagers and ourselves to survive the cold to come. That's why we had to cut wood.

Not at all ! Everything has been done with some respect. Already the essence of wood has been chosen with care. No need to choose a fuel unefficient wood. Then only a few trees on the edge of the forest have been cut, so young trees can grow because they have access to the sun and can expand. Finally, we have been careful to pick up each branch to avoid wasting anything.
"What are the big steps? "
Find the right tree: This includes the essence, the quality, the exposure, the ease of access and the possible damage it could do by falling.
Clean up the area by first picking up anything that may be useful and then preparing the ground for the tree.
Cut down the tree with the chainsaw, then cut it into logs.
Cut logs with large axes to turn logs into logs.
Cut some logs in small wood with hatchet to facilitate the departure of fires to come.

Yes ! First, nothing beats a good fire to warm hands and hearts. Then, trees, if you do not abuse the cut, is a renewable material that grows everywhere.
